Murat Hakan Çil
M. Hakan Çil, who has held various positions in the family industrial establishment since childhood, undertook an initiative in 1997 with Sekuro Inc. to produce and market protective packaging films for industrial products in the plastic packaging sector. With developments in the sector, in 2009 he founded Polifilm Inc. to produce and market flexible packaging film products in contact with food.
M. Hakan Çil, who received business administration education, continues to serve as Chairman of the Board of Directors in both companies.
Sibel Akın
Sibel Akın, who completed her undergraduate education at the Middle East Technical University Faculty of Business Administration, began her business career at Dışbank A.Ş. After taking part in the internal audit function and subsequently serving as Corporate Branch Manager at Turkish Economy Bank, she worked as Commercial Banking Marketing Department Head and General Manager Assistant at Anadolubank until 2015. Since 2016, she has been serving as CFO in the Sekuro/Polifilm group.
